2nd pick: #11 (Paddyudunalot) (8-1) - Longshot tired badly on the local turf going 8.5 furlongs for a $75,000 price tag Aug 2. It was her first since May 24 and she should be much fitter for this shorter distance facing weaker.
3rd pick: #9 (Appreciate) (20-1) - Another longshot, she tired late to finish fourth going 8.5 furlongs here at this level Aug. 10. Daughter of 'Tiznow' set a pressured pace that day and has been competitive from a rating position in the past. Think she can impact at a very big price.
