Top pick: #3 (ROSIE'S SONG) (2-1) - The probable favorite, speedy filly finished second here at this distance when facing tougher on Aug. 14 in her first off a two month break. Trainer Jimmy Jerkens brings her back quickly and will drop her into a claimer for the first time.
2nd pick: #6 (Prize Taker) (6-1) - Home-bred had a poor start and finished well back of "Rosie" here two weeks ago. She showed some promise and took some money in her first pair and price play is another dropping into a claimer for the first time.
3rd pick: #7 (Jupiter Moon) (10-1) - Lightly-raced 4-year-old hasn't seen action since late January when she disappointed as a heavy favorite at Aqueduct. Claimed that day by Charlton Baker for $16K, he has her working fast at Finger Lakes and the new trainer wins at an excellent 32% off of long layoffs.
4th pick: #4 (Ampa's Girl) (3-1) - Filly had a poor start and rallied to finish third here racing at this tag and trip on Aug. 7. The race was run in slow time for the 7 furlongs, and unless she improves a small slice is her ceiling.
