Top pick: #2 (SUPER ANGELO) - Son of "Hook and Ladder" showed good early speed in his debut August 14 and will get the addition of blinkers this afternoon. Colt has a nice maintenance drill on the Aug. 28 and he can win this competitive race at a square price.
2nd pick: #3 (Exley) - Another who showed excellent speed last out and it came in his first off a switch from Calder to New York and a training change to Seth Benzel. Win threat.
3rd pick: #8 (Crea's Law) - He's been competitive in both his starts and gets some extra distance to work with today. Son of "Thunder Gulch" in in the Pletcher barn and Todd will be winning the trainer's title here this year.
4th pick: #10 (D'Sauvage) - He has the talent, but has compromised his own chances by breaking slowly in each of hie starts. His blinkers come off and he has a big "bullet" drill August 27. Contends in here.
