3rd pick: #9 (Fingerpaint) (8-1) - Longshot tired to finish 2 lengths in back of 'Brooklyn Gerty' here for a $40K tag Aug. 9. It was in almost 100 days and her first in a claimer. $250,000 daughter of 'Union Rags' drops to a new low, has a fine outside post and is a threat at a big price.
4th pick: #6 (Salt Pond) (7-2) - Three-year-old set a slow pace and held to finish second here at this tag Aug. 3. It was a big move forward off her July 14 debut and must be left in the mix.
