2nd pick: #2 (Zecha) (5-1) - She rushed up following a poor break and tired during the stretch run to finish five lengths behind 'Wappinger' here on a sloppy surface July 27. Competitive several times in the past facing tougher, grey filly by 'The Factor' is a win candidate with an alert beginning.
3rd pick: #9 (Puffin Patty) (8-1) - Speedy sort is lightly raced, dropping down a bit, and switches from grass to dirt. She ran better than the final result here in a turf sprint facing tougher Aug. 8, and I think she can factor at a square price.
