Trainer is having a very good meet 65-15-11-4 and he has this filly working steadily. Daughter of 'Outwork' had back-to-back sharp half-mile breezes from the gate in late July at Belmont, and she gets top billing.
2nd pick: #5 (Jill's a Hot Mess) (4-1) - The only filly with experience, she finished a pace-setting 2nd at Belmont at this level going five furlongs June 18. In her follow up here July 24, she stumbled badly at the break, then tired while 5-6 wide after trying to play catch-up.
3rd pick: #3 (Ruby Stiletto) (5-2) - A $65,000 daughter of the under-rated 'Maclean's Music,' she debuts off of three straight sharp works on the local main track. Trainer Rudy Rodriguez has picked up some steam the past 7-8 racing days, and he has leading rider Jose Ortiz aboard.
4th pick: #1 (Stimulus Check) (20-1) - Longshot has the rail, and her last two works at Belmont have picked up in intensity. She's capable of getting a share at a big price, but a win may be a bit out of reach.
