Most all of her career had spent on the west coast until she was claimed by owner/trainer Dave Jacobson March 18. It's noted that leading rider Irad Ortiz Jr. is interested.
2nd pick: #5 (Chikaletta) (5-2) - She ships back from Finger Lakes where she was a winner at this tag and trip July 18. Stalker draws outside of the speed and that should lead to a comfortable trip. Stretch threat.
3rd pick: #2 (Nuffsaid Nuffsaid) (9-5) - The morning line and probable favorite, she's dropping to a new low in claiming price in her second back from a series of layoffs. Mare has won nine time on the dirt and has won at Saratoga in the past. An obvious win threat at a short price.
4th pick: #3 (Valkimqua) (6-1) - She has some early speed and that should ave her involved from the start. A bit light in the figure department, she needs to do better during the stretch run.
