3rd pick: #5 (Spinoff) (3-1) - This colt from the Pletcher barn won the Alydar Stakes here at this distance Aug. 9. It was his best effort since coming off a 8.5 month layoff in late April and this 4yo by 'Hard Spun' must be left in the mix.
