Top pick: #7 (WIRED BRYAN) (7-2) - He's won both starts to date, and upset the (G2) "Sanford" stakes here on July 21st. New York-bred draws a nice outside post, is one of two with a local win, and can take another.
2nd pick: #4 (Corfu) (5-2) - One of two entered by trainer Todd Pletcher, and the pair race uncoupled. Heavily bet when debuting here on July 25th, he went gate-to-wire in fast time, and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #3 (Candy Dandy) (3-1) - Grey colt was a sharp debut winner at Churchill on June 30th, and has worked her four times since coming east. In the Asmussen barn, and must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #6 (Danza) (8-1) - The second of the Pletcher duo, he rallied from just off the pace to win his debut at Belmont on July 12th. Another working fast locally, and he'll be a square price.
