2nd pick: #4 (Kilronan) (10-1) - Longshot tired badly to finish far behind 'Battalion' here July 18. It was his second back off a 20.5 month layoff and he had been much sharper in his return July 5 at Belmont. Think he'll factor at a big price.
3rd pick: #1 (Letterman) (9-2) - A very lightly raced 6yo, he has early speed, the rail, and his trainer, Jim Bond, is having the best meet of his life 30-9-5-4 (30%). This gelding by 'Hard Spun' should be involved every step from his inside post.
4th pick: #6 (Scotty Brown) (12-1) - He's been freshened up since breaking his maiden going a mile at Belmont June 6. That win came after 13.5 month layoff and this speed/stalker is capable of impacting at a large odds.
