Top pick: #8 (MOTHER RUTH) - Talented daughter of "Speightstown" has been freshende-up since a very impressive maiden win at Belmont on June 18. Working fast and frequently and she's in the Baffert barn. Draws a nice post for the distance and she's the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #1a (Life at Ten) - She's part of a Todd Pletcher-trained entry and with separate jockeys listed it's likely both will run. Filly finished a bang-up second here three weeks ago in her first start since January and looks like the main danger.
3rd pick: #7 (Yes It's Barbara) - Longshot showed some speed last out before tiring late to finish five lengths behind "Life at Ten". Nice to see her putting back-to-back starts together and she's a nice price play in the same race exotics.
