Top pick: #3 (DYNASLEW) - Beautifully-bred filly has plenty of talent and raced well here (beaten a "nose") in her debut here last summer. She had a wide trip in a small stakes at Belmont last out and is more reasonably drawn and spotted in this allowance. Trainer Bill Mott adds blinkers for this and this daughter of "Dynaformer" is the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #9 (Strike the Bell) - She has enough positional speed to not let this post hurt her chances. She made a strong sweep to the front in the same race as the top pick only to be outfinished late. Improving daughter of "Mizzen Mast" is the main danger.
3rd pick: #5 (Miss Catalyst) - Last out maiden winner is (5-1-2-1) in her grass starts and has good tactical speed in her corner. She's in a winning barn (Todd Pletcher) and has run well around two-turns in the past. Impacts today in her first vs. winners.
