He stalked while wide and went evenly in his latest and has been working well since. Stalker has plenty of speed to his left in the gate and the pace here should be fast and/or contested. Has a shot at a very big price.
2nd pick: #7 (Shaniel) (5-1) - Colt is taking the big drop into claiming land for the first time. He has early speed, has been bet in every start, and he's racing without blinkers after a pair with the "hood" on.
3rd pick: #8 (The Twelfth Man) (2-1) - The probable favorite, he's been sharp in both starts and each have been at this level on conventional dirt. Gelding by "Zensational" is moving off the rail for the first time and is an obvious win threat.
4th pick: #5 (Tasha's Courage) (6-1) - One-run type should get a fast and/or contested pace to rally into. Four-year-old has gone 8-0-3-2 here on the dirt and Bejarano is getting aboard for the first time.
5th pick: #4 (Takeit Tothe Limit) (7-2) - Speedy colt has finished second in two straight at this level racing at Los Alamitos. In career best shape and a threat on the front end with Pedroza back on the re-ride.
