Top pick: #8 (SCUTI DE PATUTI) (4) - Grey filly is clearly improving and finished third of 12, beaten 3-lengths at this level and distance. A career best, it was her first ever on the grass. Home bred meets a mostly unraced field and gets a slight edge.
nd pick: #1 (Charming Starlet) (5-2) - 4yo has finished second in three of her six starts on the grass. One of those came at this distance Feb. 15th, and she again ran second March 5 going a mile. Stretch runner has the rail and is a win candidate.
rd pick: #12 (Just Peachy) (12-1) - Longshot was never involved in her dirt sprint debut after she 'bobbled' at the break. Freshened up since that March 1 effort, trainer Mark Glatt switches her to the turf, and adds blinkers.
th pick: #2 (Redo It) (8-1) - Reddam home bred finished fifth of 12, beaten almost 6-lengths here at this level and distance March 15. It was her first since late August at Del Mar and a big improvement over that debut run. Longshot possibilities.
th pick: #5 (Missy Mouse) (20-1) - She moves to the grass and stretches out a furlong after rallying in her debut on the dirt March 21. May grab a share at a big price.
