2nd pick: #5 (Midcourt) (3-1) - The morning line and probable favorite, he broke slowly and could only manage to finish a distant 3rd here in a G2 Dec 28. He had won four in a row prior to that and earned a huge figure at this distance Nov 23 at Del Mar. An obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #4 (King Abner) (4-1) - Veteran tries hard every time and has gone 3-1-1-1 since coming off a 3.5 month layoff Oct 19. He has a flexible style and should factor with his normal effort.
