She's worked fast twice since and drops into a high-priced claimer for her third back off almost a six month break in late Dec. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #10 (Lamazone) (4-1) - Moss home-bred by "Lemon Drop Kid" raced wide and rallied to finish 4th of 12, beaten 5 lengths when debuting here going "down the hill" Jan. 26. Drops slightly, stretches out to a mile, and trainer John Sadler has worked her three times heading into this.
3rd pick: #9 (Kitten de Pere) (9-2) - Takes the same drops as the top two selections and gets a rider up-grade from apprentice Van Dyke to "Hall of Famer" Mike Smith. No-speed type would benefit greatly if the pace was fast and/or contested.
4th pick: #4 (Bella Campari) (5-1) - She set a very quick pace and tired readily when finishing almost 11 lengths back of "One More" on Jan. 18. It was her first in two months, first for trainer John Sadler, and first since shipping from Kentucky. Price play.
5th pick: #8 (Disregarded) (8-1) - Debuting daughter of turf champ "Artie Schiller" has a steady work tab on view and has 7 published local drills since late Dec. She could factor if ready.
