Top pick: #9 (SUITABLE ATTIRE) - Mare has been competitive in all seven starts and last out missed by a nose at this price going a mile. Trainer John Warren cuts her back in distance today and adds blinkers for the first time. She draws a nice post for this trip and can upset the presumed favorite.
2nd pick: #6 (Miss Addy Kiss) - Probable heavy favorite has finished second in two of last three starts and has excellent early speed. Lightly raced mare has a fine maintenance breeze since her narrow loss here three weeks ago. She should be in this from start to finish.
3rd pick: #2 (Great Bernardine) - She's been competitive in most of her starts on real dirt and has finished close-up in 2 efforts here since coming back from a seven week break in early January. Filly has some speed and was only three lengths off of Suitable Attire going a mile two weeks ago. Can factor at a square price.
