2nd pick: #1 (Sekondi) (4-1) - He's shipping down from Golden Gate Fields for his third start back from just under an eight month layoff. He's dropping into a claimer, shortens up in distance, and is back on conventional dirt.
3rd pick: #2 (If Ur Not Early) (6-1) - Freshened up since Dec. 16, he's working fast and has blinkers added by trainer Mike Puype. He has sharp early speed and has taken a lot of betting action in his last three starts.
4th pick: #11 (Downside Up) (8-1) - He has a lot of experience and has been competitive in all nine starts. Stalker is cutting back in distance and has done well in dirt sprints. Must be left in the mix.
5th pick: #4 (Cammy's Music) (12-1) - Longshot has been bet in all four appearances. Stalker is working fast for his first since Nov. 27 and is capable of getting a share at a big price.
