She just missed when debuting at this tag Aug. 27th at Del Mar, then raced evenly next out facing tougher. She had a poor trip that day and also had some traffic issues. Can take this if she runs to her works.
2nd pick: #4 (Not Tonight) (`) - $120K filly is dropping into a claimer and making back-to-back starts, both for the first time. She showed some speed facing tougher here on April 4 and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #10 (Sparkling Peg) (5-1) - Filly missed by a 1/2 length here at this level going 6-furlongs March 29. Working well since and must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #12 (Coded Message) (8-1) - One run type has been competitive in all three starts and draws a nice outside post for her style. There's plenty of potential pace to make her stretch charge be effective.
5th pick: #9 (Good Journey) (6-1) - Blinkers go on filly who has a solid local record (4-0-2-2). Her 'figures' are a bit 'light,' so she'll need to do a bit better.
