2nd pick: #3 (Radio Silence) (7-2) - $675,000 purchase by 'War Front' was Group 2 & 3 placed while racing in Ireland earlier in his career. He finished 2nd going a mile at Del Mar facing tougher Nov 18 in his 2nd back from a 5 month layoff and 2nd in No. America. NEW gelding is working fast and I almost made him the top selection.
3rd pick: #1 (El Tovar) (6-1) - No speed type rallied to finish 3rd here at this level and distance last out. He's 4 of 12 at this trip, but will need a fast and/or contested pace for anything more than a minor award.
4th pick: #5 (Little Juanito) (15-1) - Longshot has good early speed and had a very trouble trip when finishing almost 5 lengths behind 'Incensed' here Dec 31. He may be in this a long ways at a big price.
