She meets a pretty weak field for her first try on conventional dirt and her "big sis" had little trouble handling the switch.
2nd pick: #3 (Folk Dancer) (6-1) - She has more career wins (nine) than the rest of the field combined (four) and her local record stands at (11-3-2-2). Speed/stalker comes off a sharp third-place finish in a grass sprint and looks like the main danger.
3rd pick: #2 (Viva Carina) (5-1) - Lightly-raced Argentine import has talent and finished second in a graqss stakes at Del Mar on Sept. 2. Un-raced since late Oct., this will be her first ever on conventional dirt.
