Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #3 (Z Z TIGER) (3-1) - Filly set a very fast pace and held to finish 2nd, beaten just a length going 5.5 furlongs at this level at Los Al Dec. 10. It was a big step up over her debut at Del Mar Nov. 5, and she'll be tough to beat here with just a bit more improvement.
2nd pick: #9 (Tribal Dance) (8-1) - Longshot showed god early speed when debuting on the Santa Anita grass Oct. 29. She did not have the best of trips in a large field that day and is moved to the dirt by trainer Mark Glatt, who is 5-2-2-0 at this young meet.
3rd pick: #11 (Inland Empire) (7-2) - Debuting filly has some impressive works on view, and trainer Pete Eurton has Mike Smith signed on. Dangerous if ready.
4th pick: #6 (Mo See Cal) (8-1) - Bet down to 6-5 favoritism when debuting at this level on the Del Mar grass Nov. 19, she was away slowly before rallying to finish 4th. Trainer Doug O'Neill switches her to the dirt, and this daughter of 'Uncle Mo' is a threat with an alert break.
