Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #2 (AMERICANA) (7-2) - Well bred filly is one of two entered by trainer Jerry Hollendorfer. Daughter of 'Tapit' sold for $300,000 this past March and is racing on the grass and attempting a two turn distance for the first time. Bred for both, Hollendorfer adds blinkers and Bejarano.
2nd pick: #7 (Go Argento) (5-2) - The probable favorite, $285K daughter of 'Exchange Rate' moves back in with maidens after racing both wide and evenly in a $100K grass stakes Sept. 5th at Del Mar. She missed by a length when debuting there at this level and distance Aug. 12th and is an obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #6 (Joe'sgoldenholiday) (4-1) - She tired while racing wide when debuting here in a dirt sprint Oct. 2nd. She's worked since, trainer Doug O'Neill switches her to the turf, and stretches her out in distance.
4th pick: #4 (Go Baby Run) (5-1) - The second of the Hollendorfer trained fillies, she's shown enough in her first pair of grass races to contend at a big price with just a bit of improvement.
