Top pick: #6 (CHARM CATCHER) (3-1) - Sh'e finished second in both appearances and did so here at this often tricky "down the hill" distance on Feb. 10 in her first off a two month break. Trainer Ron McAnally has worked here five times since, includig a bullet 5-furlong breeze at Hollywood park on March 10. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #2 (Wednesday) (3-1) - Daughter of "Medaglia d'Oro" has been competitive in all four starts and speed/stalker will be cutting back in distance after she tired to finish a close up fifth here going 9 furlongs on March 2nd. Race was her first in almost three months and she comes into this with a pair of back-to-back bullet works.
3rd pick: #5 (Devious Chic) (6-1) - Races first off a Doug O'Neill claim (a 20% winning angle) and this filly has shown sharp early speed in all three starts. Price play should be involved from start-to-finish.
4th pick: #1 (Dance Team) (3-1) - $400K filly by "Dynaformer" hasn't raced since she tired after racing close up in the $100K "Juvenile Fillies Turf" at Del Mar on Sept. 3. Working fast and trainer Rick Mandella adds blinkers for this attempt.
