3rd pick: #1 (The Custodian) (10-1) - In shape Reddam home bred, is moving from turf to dirt and cutting back in distance. Clearly better on the grass, he's working well on the dirt and trainer Doug O'Neill adds blinkers. Stretch threat.
4th pick: #10 (Cass in Stone) (6-1) - $220K son of 'Quality Road' has been working fast at Los Alamitos since early May. 3yo draws a nice outside post for this trip and can factor if ready at a square price.
5th pick: #3 (Sleepwalker) (5-1) - Gelding recovered following a slow start to press a quick pace before weakening here when debuting May 17. Working fast for his 2nd appearance and Bejarano is aboard. He wins at a solid 28% rate when riding for trainer Pete Eurton.
