Top pick: #5 (GRANDSON AT LAST) (5-2) - He was well backed when debuting here at this level Feb. 26. Colt set a quick and pressured pace before weakening very late to finish third, beaten a length. Excellent first outing and he came back with a fine 5-furlong breeze March 13th. Takes this with any move forward.
2nd pick: #8 (Cal McLish) (2) - Lightly-raced grey gelding rallied to finish fourth here at this level going 7-furlongs Feb. 21. Away slowly that day, he's worked since and is making back-to-back starts for the first time.
3rd pick: #3 (Tiz All That) (7-2) - Gelding was never involved here on Feb. 12 when he bobbled at the break. Home bred had finished second in his previous pair and his early speed should have him involved from start-to-finish.
4th pick: #7 (Fabber) (3-1) - He's finished third in two straight at this tag. Gelding showed a bit more early speed last out and is capable of factoring again with a bit of improvement.
