2nd pick: #3 (Mr. Charlie) - The second of the Baffert duo has been freshened-up since Oct. 10 when he had trouble at the start and raced wide once away. Working sharply on this surface for his return and one of the trainer's main-riders (Garret Gomez) climbs aboard for the first time.
3rd pick: #5 (Wayman) - Logical contender has good early speed and has finished second in two of his four starts including one here during the fall meet. Should be in it from start-to-finish.
