Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #4 (TIZ COFFEE) (5-2) - This 4yo filly is dropping to a new low after tiring here on a sloppy surface in a first-level allowance Feb. 2. She has plenty of early speed and should be able to win this in wire-to-wire fashion.
2nd pick: #3 (Lovely Raquel) (7-2) - Unraced since Aug. 22 at Del Mar, she finished 3rd that day in a starter-allowance ($50K level) and was 3.5 lengths in back of 'Tiz Coffee' that afternoon. She's working steadily for her return and should factor if ready.
3rd pick: #1 (Dannie Joe) (4-1) - A lightly raced 4yo, she broke her maiden at Los Alamitos going 5.5 furlongs Sept. 15. Only her second start, it was her first in just under a year. She followed that up with a fine third place finish here at this level and distance Jan. 1. Home bred has the rail and should be involved every step.
