2nd pick: #3 (Tappingintherain) (2-1) - She exits the same Sept. 29th contest as "Grace" and rallied to finished third despite a slow getaway. Nice effort came off a two month freshening, and she's a win candidate this afternoon.
3rd pick: #6 (The Magic Stone) (5-2) - Speedy filly by "Malibu Moon" set a very fast pace and held gamely to finish second, defeating both "Grace" & "Tapping." She has a big bullet work since, and is in the three-horse win mix.
4th pick: #2 (Inside Scoop) (8-1) - Longshot raced evenly after a slow start when debuting at Del Mar on Aug. 11th. Daughter of "Cherokee Run" is working fine, and could grab a small share at a square price.
