Top pick: #6 (WARRENSPOWEROFLOVE) (3-1) - Ben Warren home bred has been on the sidelines since late March of 2014. Filly was competitive in four of five starts back then and all came at Santa Anita. Working nicely for her return, 4-year-old rallied to run second in her debut, so you know she can fire fresh. The horse to beat, but make sure you reverse your exactas.
2nd pick: #3 (Dulcemia) (4-1) - Long time maiden has been freshened up since late March when she finished third here facing tougher. This $20K tag has produced some her best efforts and mare is a threat against this average group.
3rd pick: #1 (Zeekid) (7-2) - Filly showed good early speed while racing between horses when debuting here facing a bit tougher May 3rd. She held down the show spot that afternoon in a solid first appearance. Trainer Jorge Periban brings her back quickly while shortening her up a 1/6th. Daughter of 'Proud Citizen' has the rail and should be involved from start-to-finish.
4th pick: #5 (Saturday Yodeler) (8-1) - Speedy filly is racing third back from a 9-month layoff. She showed an improved effort last out and looks to be nearing a competitive run. Price play.
