Top pick: #3 (DOMINGO CAT) (3-1) - Speedy gelding takes a big drop in class and is racing second back from a half-year's absence. He pressed a fast pace while wide before tiring for a $75K tag March 13th. Blinkers go on and he's brought back quickly by trainer Doug O'Neill. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #9 (Player's Charm) (4-1) - Away since late August, he's been competitive in all five starts and has run well on both dirt and 'poly.' Speed/stalker is working sharply at Los Alamitos and drops to a new low in price.
3rd pick: #7 (Sterling Wager) (7-2) - He tired last out going a mile facing tougher on Feb 21. He was competitive in three straight prior to that, with two of those coming in sprints. He should contend in this spot.
4th pick: #6 (Grandson At Last) (8-1) - He's shown good speed in both starts, each coming at this tag. Colt stayed on gamely to finish a close up third when debuting on Feb 26, then tired last out to finish off the board. Can impact with his best.
