2nd pick: #8 (Ridgefield Rocket) (5-1) - Colt tired while chasing the pace while wide when debuting here facing tougher Sept. 29. Trainer Mark Glatt (20% 2nd time out) drops him from $50,000 down to a $30K tag and son of'Stay Thirsty' has Evin Roman aboard for this attempt.
3rd pick: #5 (Midnight Run) (4-1) - He missed by a 1/2 length when debuting Aug. 16 at Del Mar but has regressed in his follow up pair. All three of those came facing tougher and he's dropping down this afternoon. Must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #7 (Lipster) (9-2) - He has some early speed and enters off a close up fourth place finish facing state bred $50K claimers. Barn drops him down to face 'open' $30K foes and he should factor in this spot.
