Top pick: #5 (SCHERZINGER) (2-1) - Lightly-raced and promising filly has been sharp in all three starts and enters today off a sharp maiden win at Del Mar on Aug. 31 in his first race since Dec. 30. Daughter of "Tiz Wonderful" is working above average and has run well on real dirt in the past.
2nd pick: #1 (Corlett Drive) (7-2) - Consistent sort has been working fast locally since late August and has gone 5-1-1-2 on this surface in the past. Strong finisher would love a fast and/or contested pace to develop.
3rd pick: #2 (All On the Table) (5-2) - Veteran mare by "Holy Bull" has a nice record on conventional dirt (8-3-1-2) and last out rallied to finish 2nd in a $50K stakes at Fairplex. She should contend in this spot.
4th pick: #6 (Small Moves) (4-1) - Her win came here on Dec. 31 and following a poor effort in a stakes, she ran second here at this level on Feb. 15 and has been on the sidelines since. Working above average for her return and she can factor if ready.
