She was bet down to 2-1 favoritism that afternoon and the effort was complimented when the third place filly won her next start. Working fine and she can break her maiden in this spot.
2nd pick: #4 (Feel Freely) (3-1) - Speedy filly drops in class in her second following a Mike Machowsky claim. She tired facing tougher going a mile Aug 31 in her first for the new connections and is a threat on the front end.
3rd pick: #1 (Tom's Golden Girl) (5-1) - Filly has been freshened up since Aug 19. Well backed in her first pair, she's taking a big drop in class and has blinkers removed following a one race experiment. She draws the rail and should be competitive in this spot.
4th pick: #3 (Love Winning) (20-1) - Longshot rallied mildly in her debut but was nine lengths in back of 'Warrioress.' It's possible for her to improve enough to grab a share at a big price, but a win would appear to be a bit of a stretch.
