2nd pick: #9 (Diva La Mousse) (7-2) - Speedy filly set a quick pace before weakening slightly to miss by just under a length here at this level and distance March 3. It was her first back from a three month freshening and Baffert trained filly has breezed twice since.
3rd pick: #2 (True Testament) (4-1) - Another with early speed, she's moving back to the grass following a pace-pressing second place finish in a dirt sprint March 11. Three-year-old has run second in both previous grass sprints and is dangerous today.
4th pick: #7 (Upfront) (7-2) - Daughter of 'War Front' cost $800,000 and has been brought along slowly by trainer Rich Mandella. Away slowly last out, she rallied to check in fourth, 1.5 lengths in back of 'Stormin Babe'. She's worked three times since and is making back-to-back starts for the first time.
