2nd pick: #1 (Wine Country Wanda) (7-2) - Another that's lightly raced, she has early speed, draws the rail, and has finished second in two straight here at this tag going seven-furlongs. Stretches out, and 4yo comes in off a sharp work on May 5.
3rd pick: #11 (Itsabeautifulday) (4-1) - Filly by "Bertrando" has gone 3-0-2-1 here since coming off a six month layoff and dropping down to this price-tag. 4yo has a speed/stalking style and must be left in the win mix.
4th pick: #5 (Dirty Blonde) (5-1) - Freshened up since an even effort on the Golden Gate "Tapeta" surface March 15, she's been training fast locally for her return. Grey filly will be dropping down in class and switching back to conventional dirt for a capable barn (Vann Belvoir).
5th pick: #2 (Royal Shaft) (6-1) - Nicely bred and lightly raced, daughter of "Mineshaft" drops down a bit and has blinkers added for her third appearance. Improvement was noted last out, and she's taken some action at the windows in both her outings. Don't just dismiss.
