Daughter of "Distorted Humor" has shown some ability in her first pair and has been working fast local for her first since Aug. 13. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #4 (Madam Aamoura) (9-5) - Baffert trained filly has finished third in her last pair including a $100K grass stakes at Del Mar on Sept. 1. Zayat home bred is moving back in with maidens and is another running on real dirt for the first time.
3rd pick: #3 (Don't Blame Me) (7-2) - Clearly the main speed, daughter of the first crop of "Blame" has finished second in two of her four starts and is trying a two-turn trip for the first time. Both her placings have come on conventional dirt and she's a threat on the front end.
4th pick: #6 (Here Comes Chloe) (7-2) - No-speed type showed an improved effort in her second start when she rallied to finish fourth on the Del Mar "poly" at this level and distance. She needs to stay close up early for anything more than a minor award.
