Top pick: #5 (BOB CONSULTATION) (5-2) - He's run well in both appearances and last out he held to finish third after setting a quick and pressured pace. Trainer Jack Carava has worked him twice since and colt draws outside of the other speed.
2nd pick: #1 (Justamitch) (3-1) - Debuting colt has some very fast works showing at Pleasanton and trainer Jeff Bonde wins at a fine 21% rtae dfirst out. 3-year-olds has the rail and Bonde's local "go to" rider Edwin Maldanado is aboard.
3rd pick: #4 (Ethnic Dance) (3-1) - Colt tired badly last out after setting the pace going a mile on March 2nd. However, he hadn't raced since Sept. 3 when debuting at Del Mar and it may have been a condition start. Nice to see Bejarano back aboard and this colt is working fast for this attempt.
4th pick: #2 (Lucky Cotton) (9-2) - He ran evenly after a troubled break when debuting here going "down the hill" on the rass on March 3rd. Trainer Mike Machowsky has worked him twice since and moves him to the dirt.
