2nd pick: #4 (Grandma Connie) (10-1) - Lightly-raced, she chased before tiring here at this level going a mile Jan. 9. Well backed in her first pair, she earned a career best figure in her latest. With apprentice Pena back aboard I expect this filly to be sent right to the front. Dangerous if allowed an easy early advantage.
3rd pick: #7 (Private Marina) (4-1) - She's stretching back out and, with a patient ride this grey filly will be a factor turning for home. Four-year-old has apprentice Nicolas off and Marty Garcia on.
4th pick: #6 (Honky Tonk Diva) (8-1) - The type that can run all day, she finished a very distant second here at this tag going a mile on Jan. 9. Long winded filly should grab a share down the stretch.
