Top pick: #12 (Hard to Justify) (6-1) - Trainer Chad Brown has won this race a record five times and has another chance here. Hard to Justify comes off a win four weeks ago in the Miss Grillo Stakes at 7-to-1. The big filly paced well and switched gears late under veteran jockey Flavien Prat, who will be atop in this one.

2nd pick: #11 (She Feels Pretty) (4-1) - She Feels Pretty is a two-year-old newcomer but is 2-for-2. This filly is off a Grade 1 victory at the Natalma Stakes after taking aim at the leaders at the top of the stretch, ending up with an impressive 4 1/4-length margin.

3rd pick: #10 (Austere) (12-1) - Austere has impressive speed figures, off a victory at the Juvenile Fillies Stakes at Kentucky Downs. Austere exploded late to win three lengths in front, faster than the 2-year-old boys had run a race earlier. That was two months ago, with plenty of time to rest and prepare.

4th pick: #6 (Porta Fortuna) (5-1) - This will be the fourth consecutive Grade 1 race for Porta Fortuna. This horse has participated in seven straight races on turf winning four of them. In Grade 1 races, Porta Fortuna has finishes of first, second, and fourth, all at 6 or 7 furlongs. Stretching out to a mile will be a first, however.
