#2 THINK TANK (3/1) If on turf, then lightly raced 5yo THINK TANK has much to like. He comes off an impressive win over this course and distance where he rallied boldly up the rail while getting his final quarter mile in a blazing :22-4/5. That was his first start since being claimed by Doug O'Neill, who also wisely gelded Think Tank before running him back. He had shown flashes of ability in the past, but was inconsistent and headstrong. He ran by far his best race in this country last time out, and his bullet 6F work Feb 24 suggests that he's got another sharp effort in him for this race. He also handled non-firm turf overseas, another advantage over most of today's rivals. If this race is on dirt, then DENIED becomes a Crystal Ball Selection. He's hit the board in all 7 lifetime starts on dirt, with 3 wins, including a solid victory here Jan 21. He won again on Feb 12 on turf and shows a lightning fast 5F bullet drill Feb 25. Winning rider Espinoza stays aboard and Denied is bred to like a wet track.

Wagering Strategy:
TURF: A win bet on (2)THINK TANK;
Exacta boxes 2-5, 2-11;
Smaller exactas 2-8, 2-9, reverse each for half as much.

DIRT: A win bet on (11)DENIED;
Exacta 11-5, reverse for half as much.
