Top pick: #8 (EVANSVILLE SLEW) - Of those that have started she's clearly the main speed and has finished second in two of her five outings. Races third back off a three-month layoff and is the horse to catch and beat.
2nd pick: #11 (Day to Day Love) - Longshot tired badly last out after setting the pace from a wide post, but in her previous attempt she ran third, only two back of "Evansville". Can factor all the way at a big price.
3rd pick: #3 (Ethel D) - One of two fillies enterd by trainer Andy Glaad and the pair race uncoupled. Debuting 3-year-old has been working "short" and had a bullet 3-furlong breeze here on Sept. 22. Dangerous against this weak field.
