It was her first following a Karl Broberg claim and she's now gone 6-1-2-3 racing in dirt sprints this year. Stalker draws a good post and the additional 1/6th of a mile she travels is a plus.
2nd pick: #8 (Tiny Stitches) (10-1) - She moves off the rail after checking in third, 1 1/2 back of 'Panena Tornai' last out. She's racing herself into shape after coming off an 8-month layoff in July and her latest was her best since then.
3rd pick: #2 (Midtownbevlybrown) (8-1) - She has more natural speed than most and is dropping in class for her second off almost a 100-day layoff. Three-year-old tired here racing for twice this tag Aug 29 and should move forward enough in her second back to contend.
4th pick: #7 (Git Gone Gracie) (10-1) - Speed/stalker was right behind both 'Panena' and 'Tiny" Aug 17. Good effort came off a 9 1/2 month layoff earned her a career best figure. Must be left in the mix.
