Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #7 (FLASH OF WONDER) (2-1) - One of two entered by trainer Steve Asmussen and the pair race uncoupled. Filly ships from Churchill Downs where she finished third of 12, beaten just over two lengths going a one-turn mile Sept 13. She's worked twice here since arriving and is the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #6 (Sperling) (3-1) - Home bred has finished second and third here at this level and distance in her last pair. No-speed type will be closing fast and she would love a fast and/or contested pace to develop.
3rd pick: #4 (Tizmoney) (4-1) - Daughter of top sire 'Tiznow' debuts at a tough distance and is the field's only first-time starter. Working steadily here since late August, WinStar bred can impact if ready.
4th pick: #3 (Infinite Life) (20-1) - Lightly-raced filly ships from Zia Park in New Mexico. Long shot raced evenly there when debuting in a sprint Sept 15. She has a new trainer (Jerry Caldwell) and he stretches this filly by Breeders' Cup Classic winner 'Drosselmeyer' out in distance.
