Top pick: #4 (KEEP IT ZIPPED) (4-1) - Gelding by "City Zip" pressed and tired here on May 29, racing at this level in his first since debuting at Mountaineer Park 13 months ago. It's nice to see him making back-to-back starts for the first time, and can take this at a square price.
2nd pick: #5 (Il Cannone) (6-1) - Florida-bred tired badly here in his local debut on May 15, but it came facing much tougher. Unreliable sort drops to a new low, and it's nice to see Mario Pino back aboard . Factors today.
3rd pick: #6 (Didjeridu) (10-1) - He's one of two making their debuts and 4yo has a pair of fine local works on view after initially being prepared at Thistledown. Gelding meets a weak field first out and is a big player if he has any talent.
4th pick: #1 (Fiftynine) - Nicely bred gelding finished third here at this tag & trip on May 29 in what was his second off a nine month layoff, and first ever in a claimer. An obvious win candidate, but at a very short price.
