Top pick: #3 (ABUNDANCE OF CLASS) (2-1) - Daughter of "Mineshaft" stretches out in distance, drops in price, and is racing third back off a seven month layoff. She showed some speed in her latest, and trainer Tim Hamm has her all set for a winning effort.
2nd pick: #2 (Psycho Chick) (4-1) - Churchill shipper finished second there, two back going 6.5 furlongs, but tired badly going a mile in her latest. She was competitive at Turfway on a similar surface without winning, and breaks from the rail. Can factor in this poor field.
3rd pick: #6 (Baltoro) (8-1) - Unraced since March 21 at Oaklawn, she was racing evenly there and will need to do better for anything more than a minor award.
4th pick: #8 (Black Jack Girl) (5-2) - She finished an even fourth here at this level and distance on May 30 in an encouraging effort in her second off a five month layoff. Can contend this evening, but will be over-bet.
