2nd pick: #4 (Indian Empire) (4-1) - Veteran stalked, made a bid, and finished evenly while checking in 3rd of 7, beaten 3 1/2 lengths racing here for a $5000 tag on May 12th. It was his first since late Sept. and 6-year-old was claimed by former jockey Tony Rini that evening. Strong finisher has worked since and moves up just a bit in class.
3rd pick: #1 (Fast El Tigre) (5-2) - Speedy sort just failed to last after setting a fast pace here just nine days ago. It was his first since late August and his trainer (Randy Russell) who's having a great meet, brings him back quickly. Win candidate.
4th pick: #3 (Supremacy) (7-2) - He pressed and weakend late to check in fourth, almost three back of "Truly Amazing" on May 28th. It was his first in eight months and he can impact with just a small step forward.
