2nd pick: #1 (Purrfect Ride) (3-1) - Another that's lightly raced, Live Oak home-bred has been competitive in all three local starts and will be shortening back up in distance after a pair going around two-turns. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #5 (Melora) (5-2) - Freshened up since early June, she finished third in a pair at that time at this level. One was on this surface and the other on the Delaware dirt. Consistent, in a high-percentage barn (Jamie Ness), and a threat with her best.
4th pick: #4 (Prom Gown) (6-1) - Not a win threat, but mare has gone 6-1-4-1 here this year when facing weaker and may grab a minor award at a big price if a fast and/or contested pace develops.
