Top pick: #2 (ADAMOR) (7-2) - California invader hasn't raced since Jan. 5 when he tired facing much tougher on the Santa Anita dirt. In his previous start on the Hollywood "poly" he ran a career best figure and it was by far the highest any of these has attained. Takes this if ready off the 8-month layoff.
2nd pick: #7 (Say Nay Nay) (10-1) - Price play moves out in the gate and that's a big plus for his one-run style. Gelding can factor tonight at long odds.
3rd pick: #6 (Tampa Bay Blue) (4-1) - Grey gelding has some early speed and has been competitive in two straight here at this level. Speed/stalker has a sold shot, especially if "Adamor" isn't in racing shape off the layoff.
4th pick: #4 (Textbook Blues) (3-1) - Veteran maiden has been sharp in two straight here and fits with his best. However, this is start #28, and although he's a contender, he's likely to be shorter in the odds than he deserves to be.
