2nd pick: #6 (Singing Monarch) (2-1) - The probable favorite, he rallied to finish second here at this level going a mile May 20th. Irish bred was racing off a nine week break and on a 'poly' surface for the first time. Obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #4 (Pagano) (6-1) - Longshot ships from Tampa where he tired in a pair on the grass facing tougher. Well bred gelding has done his best work at Presque Isle 6-1-0-2 and had a solid half-mile work here May 18th. His early speed makes him dangerous.
4th pick: #3 (Western Seeker) (3-1) - Veteran is another with some speed. He pressed and tired last out while finishing 4 1/2 behind 'Singing Monarch.' In good form this year 6-1-2-2 and should be involved from start-to-finish.
